Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of ibvl.com and the services offered through it. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

IBVL is a closed environment. An account and an active paid subscription are required to access the service; there is no free tier.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared.

Access is offered on two monthly plans: Pro at $9 per month and Max at $29 per month, each billed in advance in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe against the remainder of the current period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the systems behind them.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or the subscription requirement.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to anyone outside your account.
• Submit material you do not have the right to share with our processors.
• Use output to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or presented as human-authored where that would mislead someone to their detriment.

The Intelligence Console produces machine-generated output. It can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it, and for any decision you take on the basis of it.

As between you and IBVL, you retain rights in the inputs you submit and in the output generated for you, subject to these terms and to the rights of our providers. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users.

The IBVL name, wordmark, interface, and content are owned by IBVL and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.

Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for its intended purpose.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control, and features may change.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. Where circumstances allow, we will give notice first.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBVL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where the change is significant, notified to you. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
